We provide disability services and support for self managed and plan managed clients under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). At TLC Community Support, we firmly believe that people with disabilities should have equal rights and access to services. We are dedicated to tailoring our care to our client’s needs; focusing on developing the skills they need to achieve their life goals and have fun doing it.

Community Support

Whether it is learning to take public transport or participating in a loved activity, you should have the chance to enjoy obtaining those goals you set to improve yourself get there. This could be through some of our one on one sessions or part of our group outings.

Organised Group Outings

TLC Community Support organise all kinds of day trips out. These group activities range from going to the zoo, or the theatre or days that organised for participants to relax and have fun.

Respite trips and hang out

Another great service that TLC Community Support offers are respite time away. These range from over night stays and short group camps, though to mini holidays. Fully supported and organised for an adventure for the client and much needed respite for parents/guardians or main carers.
